Cristina Sicard, the author of Harmony, shares how her personal story and an encounter with a llama turned into a chance to write a book with a lesson that children need to hear, and a reminder for adults. We talk about how her mental battles, her journey of fighting hard to find good in her life, and how the story she wrote for others is the reminder she needs in her life right now.
Cristina graduated from Ohio University's E.W. Scripps School of Journalism with a minor in Spanish and Global Leadership Certificate. In December 2019, she graduated from her Masters in Teaching PreK-5 from the University of Georgia. She wants to teach, use her Spanish, travel, and eventually work in children's television
